Mechanical Strength & Durability

Glass‑fiber and carbon‑fiber reinforcements in PA6/66, PA612, and PPA deliver tensile strengths up to 200 MPa and flexural moduli above 12 GPa. These composites resist creep under sustained loads, maintaining dimensional stability in structural components. Their superior wear resistance extends service life in high‑stress applications such as bearing housings and power‑tool gears.

Thermal & Chemical Resistance

PPS and PPA grades withstand continuous temperatures up to 200 °C and aggressive chemical environments. Low moisture absorption in PA612 and PA1010 prevents hydrolysis, ensuring tight tolerances and reduced warpage in humid or hot conditions. UL94 V‑0 flame‑retardant formulations protect electrical and automotive applications from fire hazards.

A1: We offer glass‑fiber, carbon‑fiber, and mineral‑filled options (15–45 wt%) for PA6/66, PPA, PPS, PBT, and PC/ABS blends to boost strength and stiffness.

Q2: Can you supply FDA‑compliant grades?

A2: Yes, our PA612, PA1010, and select PPA grades meet FDA 21 CFR 177 for food contact and medical applications, with low extractables and easy sterilization.

Q3: How do these materials perform at high temperatures?

A3: PPS and PPA compounds sustain continuous service up to 200 °C, while glass‑filled PA6/66 and PA612 handle intermittent peaks to 150 °C with minimal loss of mechanical properties.
