Mechanical Performance

• Tensile Strength：~60–80 MPa (higher than PA1012, with better rigidity).

• Elongation at Break：~30–100%, combining strength and flexibility.

• Wear Resistance：Excellent abrasion resistance, suitable for parts under friction (e.g., gears, bearings).

Thermal Properties

• Melting Point：~210–220°C (slightly higher than PA1012), enabling use in moderate-temperature environments (e.g., up to 120°C for long-term service).

• Heat Distortion Temperature (HDT)：~140–150°C under load, maintaining shape stability in warm conditions.

Chemical & Environmental Resistance

• Water Absorption：Lower than PA6/PA66 (moisture absorption ~1.5–2%), reducing dimensional changes in humid environments.

• Chemical Resistance：Resistant to oils, fuels, solvents, and alkalis (e.g., suitable for automotive fuel systems), but less tolerant of strong acids.

• Low-Temperature Toughness：Retains flexibility at low temperatures (e.g., -40°C), ideal for cold-resistant applications.

Processability

• Molding Methods：Compatible with injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.

• Shrinkage Rate：~1.0–1.5%, lower than short-chain nylons, enabling precise parts with minimal warpage.

Application

• Fuel & Brake Systems：Fuel pipes, connectors, and brake components

• Under-the-Hood Parts：Air intake manifolds, sensor housings (withstands heat and oil exposure).

• Lightweight Components：Replace metal parts to reduce vehicle weight (e.g., door handles, mirror brackets).
