ORINKO PPS
PPS material, namely polyphenylene sulfide, is a thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties. It appears as powder or granules, with a density of about 1.3 ， and a water absorption rate of only about 0.03%. It has outstanding mechanical properties, high strength, good rigidity, excellent wear resistance, and creep resistance. Its thermal performance is remarkable, with a melting point of around 280°C and can be used continuously at 200°C - 240°C. It has a low molding shrinkage rate. The electrical properties are good, with strong electrical insulation and little influence from the environment. The chemical properties are stable, with corrosion resistance second only to polytetrafluoroethylene, and it is inherently flame-retardant. It also has radiation resistance and can be processed in various ways, but it is prone to decomposition.
