PA1012 is a good substitute for PA11 and PA12, which can be used as compounds base resin.

It is mainly used as the base material for producing brake hose, fuel pipe, corrugated pipe, quick joint, the casing of ABs sensor inautomobile industry and air conditioning flexible pipe etc, it is also suitable for the surface coatings of wire cable, optical fiber, metal andrope.lt can be used for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding or powder coating according to customer requirements.

Application

It can be widely used in the automotive industry, machinery manufacturing(ol containers, textile machinery parts), and in the electronicindustry for making battrey casings, instrument rails, etc. 

1. Automotive Industry: PA1012 is used to manufacture automotive brake lines, fuel lines, corrugated tubes, quick connectors, ABS system sensor housings, and air conditioning hoses, as well as high-temperature components near the engine.

2. Wires and Cables: With its excellent arc resistance and resistance to electrolytic corrosion, PA1012 is used to protect wires and cables, enhancing their reliability and extending their service life. It is also suitable for protective materials in submarine optical cables and power cables, reducing signal loss during transmission.
